What Is Your Real Priority In Life?

We all need to have priorities, goals, passions, and visions.  However, how should they be prioritized?  What do you believe is most important in life to have?  A better question would be, “What has the most fulfillment in life?”

The apostle Paul was a very successful Jewish, religious person in the first century.  Paul (then known as Saul) was a highly educated member of the Pharisee party of Israel.  Many looked up to him as a young theologian and teacher.  Saul was very zealous for God in many ways far beyond many of his contemporaries.

These were Saul’s priorities.  He was so zealous that he actually became the biggest persecutor of the Christian church in the first century.  Then Saul had an encounter with Jesus on the road to Damascus (Acts 9.)  He started learning a whole new way of life.  His former way was as a persecutor of Jesus and the Christians.  Now Saul became a Christian and began re-prioritizing His life..  He soon became a champion for the gospel of grace.

We always must examine our lives and priorities.  We must make adjustments as appropriate.  Paul’s example is an outstanding one to follow.  In Philippians 3:7-10, Paul writes that every gain he made, he know considers rubbish (dung, garbage) for the sake of knowing Jesus Christ intimately.

Our growth and focus must always be on Jesus Christ.  He provides total fulfillment in life, in every situation.  Specifically CHRIST IN YOU is what gives you joy, fulfillment, victory, and satisfaction.  May CHRIST IN YOU be your top priority.  It sure is mine.

This is My Primary Vision & Goal:

TO GLORIFY JESUS CHRIST IN EVERY AREA OF MY LIFE.  TO GET TO KNOW HIM SO INTIMATELY THAT ONLY HE IS SEEN IN ME.
